Nah, he's not doing that stuff. All he does is take souls to heaven or hell. Doesn't do anything else.

In my fiction, he's completely neutral.

actually death isnt believed to be alied with anyone........... in christainity he is a part of God and so is an angel, but in other believes and such he is just a neutral being that goes as he pleases working niether for good nor evil.
