What makes a strategy game? I can think of several which trump all others, but they might be more RTS.
Wait, the S in RTS is for strategy.
Ok then. C&C is good, but I've never been a fan, and for best strateg on of the Total Wars or Company of Heroes easily trump most other things

Supreme Commander knows no enemies to the throne, and it's team up with square eniz for the sequel is only gonna help it.

CoH>all future/present day RTS
TW (any of them)>all past RTS
I played SupCom, whilst I felt it was worthy of its 9/10 on IGN, but it wasn't anything overly special. CoH is the beez kneez, whilst TW blows anything else away

Um..Cybran Megalith >anything in any game that will ever be developed short of another SupCom game, sorry, but there is almost no convincing me.
