the Zoo Tycoon series

Post by Spartan 117 on Sat 28 Jun 2008 - 2:44

I personally really liked the Zoo Tycoons, especially the fact that the animals could actually reproduce......
But the game was a bit cartoonish, like the fact that when any carnivore were to attack its prey, it would just turn into a rack of ribs (oh, how I love ribs **licks lips**).
But they are still rather fun games.

I enjoyed them also, I liked how you could go close to the animals on the 2nd one, it gave a sense of scale.
Oh, and slightly off-topic can the "new topic" button next to the "post reply" button be removed please, I keep clicking on it and it is quite annoying

shame, I almost started another new topic
I'dve done it about 5 times by now if I wasn't stopped by the "specify subject when starting a new topic" reminding me what button I had clicked

The problem with the zoo tycoons is that once you have everything in a park it can get quite boring
at least with OG you have the threat of a T-Rex break out
compared to that, lions seem tame

Yes, it is rather a problem, but it can't be fixed...
I suggest Zoo Tycoon 2, and if you have the money, buy Extinct Animals with it.

the cretaceous calamity pack is user made, and you have to have Extinct Animals to use it.
