you don't help your country out when you talk like that
have you even looked at a world history book, like EVER? amercia has like......maybe four chp. while the rest of the ENTIRE book is about other countries...oh, I don't know....such as EUROPE.
america..beautiful...nope....not possible.
they have an obsession with building more,.........and a lot seem to think that bigger is better....bull crap......small is a very good thing.
look around this Bobba ass town sometime...ever notice how they are ALWAYS building something....and the worst part...it either going to be a house for a fricken human or a store that we already have.....or maybe a wonderful little fast food joint so the people of this bloody awful town can get even fatter
First of all, the whole history argument is a double edged sword (no matter what country it is applied to). Look at the Holocaust. That is history, and it did happen in Europe. Same goes for America, with the Japanese internment camps.

Second, I really hope you were being sarcastic about America not having it's own beauty. These photographs tend to disagree with you:

small with certain things Ben....perv.

Witchking, now I agree, there are many beautiful animals, landscapes and people in this country, but there is not much "wild beauty" left here. because of the obsessive building, less wilderness exists, which I can promise is not good. now, I know that is all around this ********* world, but still. The French Alps? the Mongolian desert (Asia, I know. I know cities can be beautiful, but not in excess

thank you

there is beauty taking over....ever since people started building in, i think it was Alabama, the leopard has left for south America and Latin America. I think everyone can agree these cats are very interesting and quite beautiful. Well, in 2006, they had thought all the animals had left for good. But so far in 2009 and 2008, they have seen more animals then the last 8 years combined, the animals are moving back, adapting to the new environment, and so life finds a way.

life will find a way as always, but that doesn't mean that mere humans should do whatever the hell they want to....that is wrong....we are no better than the rest of the animals....we just have thumbs and stand upright.....big whoop

You are aware that over 1/3 of all the land in the US is either in national parks, or state parks, correct?

i think that we humans have ruined the world's natural beauty, though we have many great and beautiful things as well. but all-in-all we live on a beautiful peaceful planet and we shouldn't take it for granted, we should be proud of what we have.

look up the crystal island in Russia and tell me that it isnt magnificent, and they have built it so that any tree that is in the way, instead of being cut down, is moved and replanted, and the entire complex is naturally heated and cooled and is powered by wind turbines, oh, and did i mention it will be the largest structure in the world when finished in 2011

I wish more countries would wake up all ready. not many incorporate green ways of energy. the best you can hope for is maybe a small town going all green...but still. We HAVE the technology...we're just so obsessed with getting money that we refuse to use it. I don't get it......money....the stocks......none of that...is at all natural occuring...its something that humans just randomly made up.....

when it goes down the crapper? too late.
obama can't do that. I don't know what the hell your problem is, but he can't just go around, taking everyone's money, and then abandon the country....doesn't work like that!
